Choosing Treatments
Our Spa Consultants will be happy to assist you to choose or combine treatments specially suited to your special needs. All treatments can be modified for your enjoyment.
When to arrive
We recommend that you arrive 15 mins before your appointment time. This will allow time for you to change and relax.
What if I cancel or change my appointment?
Out of consideration of all our guests and staff, a minimum of eight (8) working hours notice is required to either cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or “no show” appointments are charged at full price of the treatment booked.
Payment of Spa Services
We except cash AUD, USD, Vatu or credit cards
What to Wear
Maintaining your sense of dignity & well being is of the utmost importance to us. Please enjoy your treatment without clothing. Our fully qualified therapists are trained to drape correctly to respect your comfort and privacy. If you feel more comfortable for some treatments you may like to wear your own swimming togs.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time allocated for your treatment. As a courtesy to all clients, all treatments are completed as scheduled.
What if I have a special health condition?
Please inform your therapist of any health concerns that you may have when you arrive.
When you travel to Vanuatu Port Vila is likely to be your main point of call as it is the Capital. So, on your Vanuatu trip or Vanuatu holiday make a point of setting aside some time for you to visit the Volcanic Earth Healing Centre for some rest, relaxation and indulgence.
