This page (in conjunction with our Privacy Policy) sets out the terms and conditions associated with the Volcanic Earth Day Spa on which we sell our spa products and gift vouchers as listed on this site (www.spavanuatu.com).
We ask that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering. You should do this every time you order as we may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and if you order a product or service, you will be bound by these sale terms and conditions.

Eligability
In order to make purchases through this Site, you may be requested to provide your personal details. In particular, customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as requested. You will also be required to provide payment details. By entering your payment details you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
Individuals must have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Volcanic Earth, applications must have authorised Volcanic Earth to process a charge on their credit card for the purchase price for the goods or services.
If you are accessing and using the Site on someone else’s behalf, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person as the principal to all Terms and Conditions provided herein, and to the extent you do not have such authority you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions and to accept liability for harm caused by any wrongful use of the Site or Content resulting from such access or use.

Accuracy of Information
We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products and services on the Site, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product or service descriptions, colours, information or other content available on the Site are totally accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. The images of the Products and packaging on our site are for illustrative purposes only.
Pricing Policy
We take great care to ensure that prices are accurate, although all prices are subject to change prior to the agreement between us being formed.
It is always possible that, despite our reasonable efforts, some of the Vouchers or Products on our site may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Vouchers or Products you have ordered we will inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions.
Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change effective immediately upon posting to the Site or other form of notification.

Volcanic Earth may include links on this website to websites owned by other parties. However, Volcanic Earth is not in any way responsible for the material contained on these sites. Volcanic Earth does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, including advertising or products offered on these sites, nor is Volcanic Earth responsible for any damage, offence or loss caused as the result of visiting these websites.
Force Majeure
Volcanic Earth will not be responsible for any delay, suspension or failure arising out of any circumstances outside of our reasonable control, such as acts of God, governmental actions, strikes, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, fire, explosion, flood, an act or omission of a third party, inability to obtain any necessary materials, equipment, facilities or services, the failure of performance provided by others, internet interruption or virus, accidents or breakdown of plant, machinery, software, hardware or communication network.
Gift Vouchers & E-Vouchers:
Spa Gift Vouchers and e-Vouchers should be treated as cash. Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be refunded in cash or replaced. Gift Vouchers and E-vouchers are non-refundable, however can be redeemed for product. Where the cost of the purchase exceeds the available voucher balance, the voucher holder will be required to pay the difference. Any balance that remains on the voucher after expiry will not be available for use or a refund. Gift vouchers can not be used to purchase or put towards another gift voucher.
E-Vouchers are emailed and not shipped. If you do not know your recipients’ email address, please email it to yourself, print it out and present it in person.

As a courtesy to all our guests, a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Treatments that begin late will finish at the appointed time, so as not to inconvenience other guests.
Age Restrictions
The minimum age for guests to attend Volcanic Earth Day Spa is 16 years of age unless accompanied by an attending adult. Under no circumstances are children to be left unattended in the spa.
Reservations and Cancellations:
A Volcanic Earth Spa Gift voucher or a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure all reservations. Out of consideration of all our guests and staff, a minimum of 4 working hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation or “no show” appointments are charged at full price of the treatment booked.
